Text Box: Andrea Smith—Finance Director Mission Statement The Franklin County Finance Department is responsible for administering all financial aspects of Franklin County Government held within the Financial Act of 1981. This includes Employee Payroll & Benefits, Accounts Payable, Budget Maintenance & Debt Service for all County Departments under the Authority of the Franklin County Commission, Board of Educations & Highway Commission. The Franklin County Finance Department is dedicated to the service of the Franklin County Public, but for the most part we service all County Departments and their Employees, by meeting all State and Federal guidelines while efficiently administering to these departments and employees, we realize a financial savings to Franklin County Government, which insures the maximum benefit to it’s supporting public.
